Time to read less?

If you’ve read my bio, there is a part where I mention that I read too many books at one time, and what ends up happening is I don’t read as quickly as I’d like, thus leading to me not reading as much as I’d like.

On the Desiring God Blog, Jon Bloom posted an entry yesterday that quotes from John Piper’s book, Brothers We Are Not Professionals. My favorite part:

“A student will find that his mental constitution is more affected by one book thoroughly mastered than by twenty books which he has merely skimmed”

Really got me thinking.
