Insults and Compliments

Too often we remember the times we are insulted and forget the times that we are compliments. How does that work out? It leaves us not only stressed but it also makes us feel undervalued.

I want to challenge you to reverse that line of thinking. Not only will you feel better about yourself, but you will feel better about life. Instead, forget the insults and remember the compliments.

Embrace the positives. Dismiss the negatives.
